We will be attending " Care and Share" Day at Orchidville, 10 Lorong Lada Hitam at Mandai road organised by Realm of Tranquility. We will be going there to take care of the senior citizens in groups( they will split us on that day),serve them lunch, pack provision bags and pass it to the senior citizens.
How to get there:
Take bus 171 from Yishun Interchange. Counting the interchange as the 1st stop, alight at the 9th stop and cross the road. Meet at the entranceat 8:30am, latest by 8:45am

The following is the programme timeline:
9am - Briefing for all volunteers
10am - Breakfast for all volunteers
10.30am - All volunteers waiting to receive senior citizens at the main entrance
11:30am - Programmes start
2:30pm - Programmes end, hand out goodies bag to senior citizens while seeing them off
3:30pm - 8-course food reception for all volunteers
4:30pm - Good bye!

Attire would be normal pt kit (either new or old ncc t-shirt), girls no need to tie bun, with proper shoes, NO SLIPPERS/SANDALS ETC.

THOSE WHO HAVE YET TO PASS ME THE FORMS, BRING THEM AND PASS IT TO ME ON THAT DAY!

River Valley National Cadet Corps is a NCC Land unit under the West district consisting of both the Girls and Boys Units. We have come a long way and is definitely not an unit to be trifled with :D
